![]() It has been quite a long winter in Iowa and across the country, and I'm finally seeing signs of good things to come! Besides being able to see grass for the first time in months, other good events are "springing" up everywhere:

The Google Education On Air Conference today was an impressive lineup of online presentations by educators. I was lucky enough to be one of the select 10 "hanging out" in the Google+ in Higher Education presentation. I was so inspired that I started my own page! Throughout the semester, the president of West Chester University publishes a newsletter for the faculty and staff community. My project and the new funding from HP (Global Expansion of SciEthics Interactive through the HP Catalyst) was featured in the December issue on page 4. The notable mention in this campus-wide publication is a great honor for me and a testament to the impact of my research on the local community. |
